Improving maternal health outcomes requires continuous learning and reflection across the healthcare system. Through its partnership with March of Dimes, Pampers Professional is helping expand access to professional education for healthcare teams through the Awareness to Action: Implementing Respectful Maternal and Infant Healthcare Practices training. This training helps clinicians examine how to provide respectful care, strengthen communication with patients, and create more responsive maternity care environments. In this video, leaders and clinicians reflect on how these conversations are helping providers pause, listen to patients more intentionally, and work toward better experiences and outcomes for families. Programs like Awareness to Action are an important step toward ensuring every mom and baby receives high-quality care.
