We’re proud to celebrate one of our own, Jasmine Lewis, on completing the 2026 Emerging Leaders in Nonprofit Management program held by Partnership for After School Education (PASE)! Congratulations on this well-earned achievement—we’re excited to see how you continue to lead and inspire!
🎉 Last month, our 2026 Emerging Leaders in Nonprofit Management cohort celebrated their graduation from the intensive, 3-month leadership program! The Emerging Leaders program introduces youth development professionals to key topics in nonprofit management, including strategic planning, talent management, program development and evaluation, fundraising and financial management, board management, as well as advocacy and communications. Throughout the program, the cohort works in small groups on Strategic Challenge Projects, exploring a challenge or opportunity related to nonprofit management or leadership. This year’s cohort chose a range of topics, from methods to holistically measure impact to strategies to prevent nonprofit staff overwork. On graduation day, they delivered these presentations to an audience of their colleagues, supervisors, and supporters. Thank you to our amazing 2026 cohort for their incredible work: 🔹Jasmin Alim, Queens Botanical Garden 🔹Amanda Aponte, Queens Public Library 🔹Kirsten A.
