  • Happy 1-year work anniversary to Olena and Kyara! On this day one year ago, Olena Yerko and Kyara Smith, MBA officially joined Phoenix Staff and it’s honestly hard to picture our team without them now. They’ve both become such important parts of how we operate and support our clients and candidates every day. Olena Yerko jumped into the sourcing role with persistence, strategic thinking, and a calm, steady presence that quickly made her someone the entire team relies on. Seeing her recognized with the Front Office Award in 2025 was such a well-deserved moment and a reflection of the consistency and care she brings to everything she does. She’s an absolute powerhouse sourcer and a genuinely kind teammate. It’s also been so special getting to know more about her story and culture and to meet her family in Phoenix! Kyara Smith, MBA also hit the ground running and learned our business incredibly quickly. She’s become someone we can count on to step into complex searches, figure things out fast, and keep momentum going no matter how niche the role. She brings curiosity, determination, and technical insight to everything she touches and even attended a cybersecurity conference in her first year to deepen her knowledge. She’s such a genuine and supportive teammate and makes a real impact across the team.
