#FridayAffirmation A Grounding Practice Earlier this year, around March/April, I found myself in a fog of professional confusion. Nothing was wrong, but nothing felt fully aligned either. Uncertainty. Restlessness. That in-between space. I was once told by a self-proclaimed “leader” 🤭🙄that I didn’t know how to navigate the shades of gray. Turns out, that’s exactly where I thrive. I began to question everything: What’s next? What’s real? Am I still on the right path? So I did what I always return to in times of uncertainty. I grounded myself. Hand over heart. ♥️ Feet planted firmly on the floor. And I whispered: “I am safe. I am supported. I don’t need to have all the answers today.” 🤲🏼 ✨breathe✨ In through the nose. Out through the mouth. Three times. That moment didn’t give me a roadmap, but it brought me back to presence.
