Last week in New Orleans, we spent time at the Aperture Leadership Conference 2026. And honestly, a lot of the conversations sounded familiar. Back-of-house teams still dealing with: * Invoices that pile up * Systems that don’t quite connect * Visibility that comes a bit too late to really act on For a long time, it worked. But more leaders are starting to say it out loud, it’s getting harder to keep up that way. What stood out most wasn’t just the challenges, though. It was the openness.
