Spoke with Penny Crosman at American Banker about how adoption cycles that historically took years in banking have compressed to months — and what it means that every institution globally is now asking the same question: "What is our AI strategy?" It's a great time to be driving that at Rogo. https://lnkd.in/evJA63U4

Anthropic released Opus 4.7 this morning. It’s now available in our agent harness, Felix. In our initial testing, Opus 4.7 shows strong improvements in PowerPoint generation and reflects another step forward in artifact creation writ large. We’re excited to bring its capabilities into production. https://lnkd.in/eKA5GgdA

We’ve made the 2026 Forbes AI 50 list. Our mission to raise the ceiling for what financial institutions can accomplish is powered by purpose-built AI. Developed by a combination of frontier AI researchers and former bankers, Rogo is continuing to build the first AI platform native to finance. Thank you to the Forbes team for including us! We’re proud to stand alongside this year’s cohort of changemakers. https://lnkd.in/eF5_ZwTJ
2026 #ForbesAI50 Artificial intelligence has become part of our lives, increasingly core to how we work, search for information and express ideas. In the last year, the startups spearheading this paradigm shift have raised gobs of money from venture firms to build applications used by hundreds of millions of people across professions like law, software engineering, banking and even music. Three years into the AI frenzy, startups are starting to prove they can turn lofty ideas into sustainable businesses. That’s evident in Forbes’ eighth annual AI 50 list, which spotlights the most promising privately-held AI companies in the world. AI-driven attack campaigns are targeting financial infrastructure at scale. Periodic pen testing, even quarterly, leaves organizations exposed for the majority of the year. That’s why our security team built Sisyphus, an autonomous security agent that continuously pen tests Rogo's infrastructure. It adapts to every deployment, running structured campaigns across authentication, authorization, injection, SSRF, and LLM-specific exploit categories, chaining findings to validate vulnerabilities. The result: One week after our last external pen test, Sisyphus found 18 additional exploitable vulnerabilities in a single afternoon. These were complex, multi-layer chains that manual testing missed. All 18 were fixed within hours. Security resets every time you deploy. Sisyphus runs every day. This is what security looks like in the age of AI.

Our clients ask us all the time: How do you drive real AI engagement inside a bank? Our answer: You put the right people on the ground. At Rogo, we call them 'Forward Deployed Bankers'. People who have done the job and now sit inside our partner institutions. They understand how bankers think. From model formatting to how a positioning section actually reads. They onboard entire teams — from analysts to MDs — and watch cameras turn on mid-session when the room realizes these are true partners to them: trusted advisors who understand how finance actually works. Now expanding our team from New York to London.

Grateful to host Brian Halligan with the team. A masterclass in what it actually takes to build and scale a category-defining company, with a lot of practical insight we will carry forward. One line that stuck: Stay close to your clients and partners and everything else follows. For us that means staying laser focused on the needs of the 25,000+ bankers and investors on the platform and shaping our roadmap around that. We’re lucky to get that perspective up close from our board. Thanks for coming by, Brian.
