Festival fun this week 🎪 It’s all hands on deck in Shrewsbury Quarry ready for Shropshire Oktoberfest. And right now, the festival is buzzing, we’re so excited to host our 9th event and welcome thousands of visitors for Shropshire’s biggest party 🙌 And of course, we had to celebrate one of our festival family, John’s birthday 🥳

Shropshire Oktoberfest is happening this weekend! 🍺 🎶 It's all hands on deck in Shrewsbury Quarry as we prepare to open our marquee doors to Shropshire's biggest pub for one weekend only. Two days of live music, great food, plenty of drinks, and one seriously good excuse to meet with colleagues or hang out with your friends. It's that time of year again... Shropshire Oktoberfest build has begun! All this week, we'll have teams of contractors, electricians, suppliers, and, of course, our very own Events Team in the Quarry working to bring Shropshire's biggest party to the heart of Shrewsbury. Thousands of visitors will be singing, dancing, drinking, eating, and having plenty of fun in this marquee on Friday & Saturday, and we couldn't be more excited! Festival fun this week 🎪 🎉 Beth & Clare worked their events magic back over at Harper Adams University for two days in preparation for their 125 celebrations and staff event  🍺With Shropshire Oktoberfest fast approaching, Becca & Charlotte got into the festival spirit and filmed some content  🍷 Clare enjoyed a night of cocktails and very good food at Six by Nico  ⛰️ Becca enjoyed the fantastic views at the top of Snowdon  🌧️ and got a little bit wet… 🩷 One of our festival goers, Robert Tavenor sent us a picture of his festival cup on his holidays!

This morning, we worked our event magic at the Lexus Wrexham Open Business Leaders Breakfast 🎾 An insightful morning with guest speakers from LTA, Net World Sports and Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?, as well as a little insight into what to expect at this year’s tournament, which we are so excited to be part of again.

Festival fun this week 🎪 🏰 Beth enjoyed a very familiar day out at Ludlow Food Festival, eating drinks and catching up with friends 🎟️ Becca & Beth spent the day in Shrewsbury hiding tickets around the town centre for our Shropshire Oktoberfest ticket treasure hunt 🎓 It was all hands on deck over at Harper Adams University getting ready for their graduation last Wednesday.

Harper Adams University Graduation 2026, complete 🎓 Just under 1,000 gradunds became graduates in not one, not two, but three graduation ceremonies! Working across the event with the Harper Adams team, we assisted in the delivery of smooth running of the graduation, management of the event village, assistance of robing, and all the other jobs that crop up on a live event site. Bring on 2027, where we get to do it alllll again 😎

Graduation season is here, and we've spent the last week over at Harper Adams University getting everything ready for tomorrow's celebrations 🎓 We've been working with Harper Adams on their graduation since 2023, and this year, instead of two ceremonies, we're hosting three. More graduations, more celebrations, and even more prep to be done! Today is all about getting everything in place, ready for the big day tomorrow. Here's to another successful year of celebrating the next generation of Harper Adams graduates 🙌
