On April 15, MDB Securities and M&A Committee hosted its Annual Networking Night, bringing together South Florida’s securities, finance, and M&A community.   The evening was filled with meaningful connections as legal and business professionals gathered to network, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships within the industry.   Bobby Cardenas, a Senior Associate in #Shutts’ #Miami office, is Vice Chair of the Committee. On April 19, #Shutts & Bowen LLP sponsored The Kitchen House’s Gather & Graze event at Lake Meadow Naturals, where 9 talented chefs presented tastings for guests in a beautiful farm setting. Jennifer Slone Tobin, a member of the firm’s executive committee and the Chair of the Kitchen House’s Board of Directors, represented Shutts at the event. The event raised money in support of The Kitchen House, to provide children in communities of high-need with hands-on programs showcasing the growing, cooking and sharing of whole, healthy foods at its Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House and Culinary Garden in Orlando’s College Park community.
