We recently joined Swanville School District as students, staff, and community members celebrated the groundbreaking of their new facility improvements made possible by the passage of a $13.4 million bond referendum. Serving as an engineering, architectural, and construction management partner on this project, SitelogIQ is proud to help bring these improvements to life. The scope includes a secure entrance, relocated main office, upgraded fire alarm system, updated and additional restrooms, new elementary classrooms and collaborative spaces, a new art room, and enhancements to the kitchen and cafeteria. Additional upgrades will support career and technical education, expand the weight room, and improve playground and parking areas. Thank you to our team members—Andy Fields, Darren Overton, Darin Klein, and Andy Randolph—for representing SitelogIQ and celebrating alongside Superintendent Todd Lee, the School Board, and the Swanville community. This project reflects a strong sense of community pride and a shared commitment to creating safe, modern, and effective learning environments. #K12SchoolConstruction #GroundbreakingCeremony #MinnesotaSchools

Our Expert Insights series shares real-world perspectives from SitelogIQ’s Commercial Markets team on navigating today’s most complex energy and infrastructure challenges. This month, we’re focusing on a critical issue for healthcare systems: facility resiliency. In this segment, Andrew Brzezinski, Vice President of Sales, explains how resiliency directly impacts patient care, what’s driving increased urgency across the industry, and which investments can deliver the fastest return. As extreme weather events, grid instability, and aging infrastructure continue to pose risks, healthcare leaders are rethinking how their facilities perform under pressure. This Earth Week, we’re reminded that meaningful change often starts close to home. In 2024, our Commercial Markets team launched an office beautification project at our Ontario, CA office, introducing native desert plants and landscaping designed to thrive with less water. In 2026, they continued that effort, taking another step toward reducing water usage by removing inefficient irrigation systems to create a more sustainable workplace environment. These projects are examples of efforts that compound together to drive greater water conversation efforts over time. When we use resources more thoughtfully, we strengthen not only our own spaces, but also the communities we’re part of. Every step toward sustainability matters. 🌱 #EarthDay #WeMakeBuildingsBetter #CommunityImpact
