The first region with every plant P3-certified. Zero safety incidents for a full year. That’s how #TeamTenneco APAC operates. And it doesn’t stop there. That same discipline shows up everywhere — in how teams develop, how they work together, and how performance holds, day in and day out. That’s what earned the 2026 Well-Being Workplace Award from the Employer Branding Institute, recognized in Yangzhou, China, and accepted by Landy Zhu and Bin Wu on behalf of the teams delivering it. When your culture is your competitive advantage, the wins prove it.  #TheTennecoWay

You can’t shape leaders from the sidelines. At #TennecoUniversity, that’s the point. Last week, 25 high-performers from around the globe came to Michigan State University for our second cohort of #TENNU S.T.A.R.S. Ask any one of them: the program is intense. Early mornings. Long days. Working through real business challenges and being immersed in an environment built to fine-tune how they think, solve, and operate with velocity and tenacious execution – all alongside Tenneco’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team. It turns potential into performance. To those who are given much, much is expected. When excellence is at the core of all you do, that expectation is an invitation. We can’t wait to see how these leaders win next, #TheTennecoWay

We all share the same planet. How we operate on it matters.    Across Tenneco, we view our efforts toward sustainability as a privilege. Teams are rethinking how energy is used, where waste shows up, and what can be done better. It’s practical work – high-impact changes and smarter decisions, repeated every day across our sites.    This year, we backed that commitment with structure through our Energy and Decarbonization Policy, scaling consistent practices across our global operations. The impact is clear, reflected in our EcoVadis sustainability rating, placing Tenneco among the top 5% of companies assessed globally.     For us, sustainability has no finish line – and where we’re at today is just the beginning.  #EarthDay   Learn more: https://bit.ly/4tvwlQW

The Tenneco Way doesn’t clock out. When our Systems Protection leadership team spent time in Changshu and Shanghai, they saw it firsthand—in the work being executed, the decisions being made on the floor, and the standard holding where it matters. P3. Core Values. The Tenneco Mindset. Not something being talked about—something already driving wins across all levels. That’s what matters about getting to our sites. You see what’s real. You see what’s working. And you leave clearer on where to push, where to move faster, and where the standard can go next. For our #SPG China team, that standard is clear—and it’s being carried forward, shift by shift. That’s how we lead. That’s how we deliver on our purpose. That’s #TheTennecoWay.

#TennecoUniversity isn’t your typical leadership program—and it’s not meant to be. This week, 25 leaders will experience that firsthand as they step into the second cohort of #TENNU S.T.A.R.’s—spending time with our Executive Leadership Team and faculty from Michigan State University, working through real business challenges in a setting built to stretch how they think, decide, and lead. Every part of TENNU is intentional. Here, leadership development happens in the business, not alongside it—where context matters, judgment gets tested, and the expectation is to come out sharper than you walked in. That’s Development of Self and Others in practice. That’s how we deepen the bench and make sure we have leaders who can step into what’s next. That’s #TheTennecoWay.

#P3 certification isn’t something we hand out. It’s why colleagues in Bengaluru, India came together for a workshop to earn their way toward it. Working alongside experienced facilitators and local subject-matter experts, they challenged each other, pushed through tough conversations, and built something real – a sharper understanding of what best-in-class standards look like when they actually hit the ground. P3 – People. Performance. Pride. – is how work gets done here. It turns standards into consistent execution and measurable results across #Tenneco. But the path to P3 certification isn’t easy, and that’s on purpose – because reaching that standard demands it. And when our people leave a room more focused, more aligned, and more capable of delivering sustainable results, the bar moves. For the region. For Tenneco. For every customer counting on us. This is how we raise the bar. This is how we win. This is #TheTennecoWay.

A program was at a turning point. Two major customer initiatives in EMEA were struggling to gain traction, and if mismanaged, the opportunity—and trust—could have been lost. Senior Program Manager Jean-François Pessiot stepped in and rebuilt how the work was running. He broke down complex cost issues into a clear plan, aligned cross-functional teams, and drove progress with discipline—earning the customer’s confidence and changing the trajectory. Thanks to Jean-François’s work, Tenneco became the customer’s first-ever single-source supplier in EMEA, unlocking new global opportunities. That level of impact doesn’t go unnoticed. Each year, just 11 people across our global team of more than 60,000 earn the #TENNX CEO Award—Jean-François is one of them. EVP Nathan Bowen and other leaders were onsite to recognize the achievement firsthand—because moments like this matter, and the work behind them deserves to be seen and celebrated.   This is how we lead. This is how we win. This is #TheTennecoWay.

At Tenneco, #execution is our bedrock—and our #GSD (Get Stuff Done) campaign puts a spotlight on the leaders who bring that to life by taking ownership, stepping up, and delivering—no excuses. Meet Michael Bugbee, Vice President & General Manager of Industrial. With more than 24 years of getting stuff done at #Tenneco, Mike hasn’t followed a straight path—he’s stepped into what’s needed, building experience across finance, international trade, sales, and general management. That range shows up in how he leads today—driving Industrial growth, winning in the market, and making sure operations deliver where it counts, when it counts. And behind it all is a clear edge—Mike brings a passion for the work and a drive to win to whatever he takes on. Outside of work, he resets in the outdoors—skiing, fly fishing, staying active—but the mindset doesn’t switch off. The expectation doesn’t either. For Mike, there are no boundaries. No excuses. Just a relentless focus on getting it done. This is how we lead. This is how we win. This is #TheTennecoWay.
