Initial Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has officially been issued for 7 Platt Street! Exciting progress happening for this new mixed-use development rising in the heart of Lower Manhattan. Domani Consulting supported The Moinian Group in navigating the approval process to secure this Initial TCO, coordinating closely with the project team and NYC DOB to keep progress moving on a complex high-rise development. Rising 37 stories and reaching approximately 464 feet tall, the building will span roughly 250,000 square feet and deliver 250 rental residences ranging from studio to two-bedroom layouts, including penthouse units with an accompanying penthouse lounge. The project will also introduce 43,740 square feet of retail space across the first five floors, along with 34 below-grade parking spaces. Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities designed for both work and recreation, including a fitness center with a rock climbing wall, library, study and work pods, lounge areas, a TV screening wall that opens to an outdoor deck, private dining spaces with terrace access, a gaming and virtual reality area, laundry facilities, and a communal kitchen. Outdoor features will include a rooftop sundeck and garden lounge, movie viewing area with seating, barbecue grilling stations, outdoor fitness equipment, coworking space, and a golf putting area.
