What a great week for Thind Management! We kicked it off with our monthly leadership meeting — all key team members at the table, aligned, focused, and energized. I’m incredibly proud to say we’ve hit every major milestone across our active projects. What we’ve been planning is now in full-blown motion. The execution is real. The momentum is tangible. And the outlook ahead is strong. There’s something powerful about seeing strategy turn into action — and action turn into measurable progress. That only happens because of the discipline, accountability, and belief within this team. We also had the honor of attending the American Heart Association Heart Ball this past weekendu. It was an incredible evening supporting a meaningful cause and helping raise funds that truly make a difference. Giving back to the community we operate in isn’t an afterthought for us — it’s part of who we are. Progress in business. Purpose in community. And a team that shows up for both. Grateful for weeks like this!

We just wrapped up our monthly leadership meeting — and the momentum across Thind Management is strong. Every department is tracking toward its goals, accountability is high, and the focus on operational excellence and revenue growth is sharper than ever. It’s exciting to see the alignment across our teams as we continue to scale with discipline and intention. We’re also proud to officially welcome two outstanding leaders to the Thind family: Kevin Viteri, Vice President of Hospitality Operations, who will be driving performance, consistency, and elevated guest experience across our portfolio. Traci Day, MPM, PMP, CHA, Regional Director of Sales, who will be leading strategic sales initiatives and strengthening our revenue infrastructure across properties. With expanded leadership comes expanded capability. Kevin and Traci bring depth, experience, and energy that will elevate both our service standards and our sales performance. The foundation is strong. The team is growing. The expectations are high. Onward!

Our 2025 Employee Holiday Party was a true celebration of the people who make Thind Management what it is. From recognizing our outstanding Employees of the Year to laughing, playing games, and dancing the night away, the energy in the room was unmatched.
