Tonal is hiring our first-ever Director, Healthcare Sales. This is a true zero-to-one role. You won’t inherit a playbook. You’ll write it. You’ll build the commercial engine, land and grow key healthcare accounts, and ultimately build the team that scales it. You’ll work closely with me and Derek Mellencamp, with a big mandate and a lot of ownership. We’re looking for an experienced HealthTech sales leader who: → Knows how to sell into outpatient healthcare; particularly PT, chiropractic, MSK and rehab → Understands the U.S. healthcare value chain; who buys, who benefits, who pays, and how each stakeholder measures ROI → Wants to build the process, not just work inside one → Thrives with a blank page, ambitious targets, and the opportunity to create something from the ground up If that sounds like you, or someone great you know, let’s talk. I’m especially proud of how we brought this experience to life. We established a long-term vision, then found ways to deliver meaningful value quickly while building toward it. Along the way, the team: → Created a comprehensive testing and monitoring system designed to keep guidance safe and continuously improve the experience. One that is trained on proprietary data that no other company big or small has access to. → Built our own memory storage system so that Tia learns and adapts to your preferences, physical challenges, and daily rhythms. This was a major cross-functional effort, and members are already feeling the difference. A huge shoutout to the entire Tia team for bringing so much thought, care, and ambition to this work.
