Utilities don’t have the luxury of trial and error when performance is on the line. In Greer, South Carolina, foaming and treatment inefficiencies were driving up costs and putting system performance at risk. The team at Greer Commission of Public Works took a different approach, working with partners including Moleaer Inc., Black & Veatch and Xylem to apply nanobubble technology and stabilize operations. The result: measurable improvements in treatment performance and lower operating costs. See how it all happened: https://ow.ly/4qIS50YGNr8

Whether welcoming 35 million visitors in Rome or keeping London moving beneath the Thames, the goal is the same: create infrastructure that supports mobility, access and public space without interruption.    Both cities faced high‑stakes moments where essential water systems couldn’t pause. Rome had to keep sewage and stormwater flowing while entire underground routes were relocated for a historic urban upgrade. London needed nonstop water removal beneath a busy transport corridor to keep a new river tunnel safe and available every day.    When essential services stay online, commutes stay predictable, spaces stay accessible and projects advance without putting basic services at risk.    Dive into these stories and more: https://lnkd.in/gH9YpP-V    #LetsSolveWater

Xylem Innovation Labs marks five years of advancing water innovation through our Accelerator program – designed to move emerging technologies from discovery to real‑world deployment. What began as a focused effort to accelerate real‑world impact has evolved into a repeatable engine, connecting startups, customers, operators, and Xylem teams to de‑risk innovation and scale solutions that strengthen water resilience globally. As we welcome the 2026 Accelerator cohort, the program continues to deepen its impact by focusing on the technologies shaping the future of water operations. This includes applying Ai and other emerging capabilities to address core utility and industrial challenges, ranging from network intelligence and asset monitoring to treatment, membranes, and desalination. Swipe to learn more about how the Accelerator works, the impact it has delivered to date, and what’s next. https://lnkd.in/eE6mPAzW #XylemInnovationLabs #WaterInnovation #LetsSolveWater

Empowering operators starts with real‑time intelligence. From control rooms to field crews, utility teams make thousands of decisions every day, and weather swings, aging networks and operational silos all demand faster judgment calls and quicker coordination. When conditions change quickly, intelligent solutions connect signals from across the system and turn them into a clear, shared picture of what’s happening. That kind of real‑time understanding gives operators the confidence to act faster, align teams and keep communities protected. https://ow.ly/BAZn50YFgJM #LetsSolveWater
