Lev Saks liked thisLev Saks liked thisWhile we approached 2018 more cautiously than previous years, we were still able to identify and close on five new acquisitions totaling $105m. In addition to these acquisitions, we sold two properties via 1031 exchange, refinanced five properties, and expanded our office portfolio. In 2019, we are looking forward to breaking ground on our first development project and closing our first Opportunity Zone investment with our JV partner. Thank you to all those who contributed to JEM throughout the year; we have an incredible team without which much of this would have been impossible. Happy New Year and best wishes for 2019.

Lev Saks liked thisLev Saks liked thisDICE resume search service. I would like to share some experience we are having with Dice and see if others had similar issues. When you subscribe to Dice, you purchase bundles of views (15K/20K/25K, etc.) in addition to job postings. Apparently Dice tracks how many views of candidates resume you used. Last month Dice informed us that we exceeded our views limit. We decided to conduct our own count and reporting. To our surprise we noticed an astonishing difference between Dice reported count and ours - 50%!!! We asked Dice and they keep insisting that their count is accurate and we should purchase more views. I have no issues with purchasing views, but we are very concerned about accuracy and quality of Dice count. I would appreciate if others can share their experience. Also any GOOD alternatives to Dice besides Career Builder, Monster and Indeed? Thanks in advance
