Lindsey Schoultz reacted on thisLindsey Schoultz reacted on thisI was honored to have the opportunity to share my testimony and speak about my faith and how the Lord has worked in my life, with Pinecrest Academy’s Class of 2027 during their senior retreat. Faith has been the foundation of who I am, and being able to reflect on that journey with this senior class was truly a special experience. My years at Pinecrest were formative in ways I’m still discovering. The community there gave me the space to learn, grow, and be challenged, not just academically, but spiritually and personally. Those lessons helped me stay rooted in my faith and my identity throughout college, even when that meant standing firm in tough seasons. Pinecrest and its community have given so much to my family and me, and I’m deeply grateful for everything the school has provided. I’m proud to be a Paladin alumnus, thankful for the faith-filled community that helped shape me into the man I am today, and grateful for the opportunity to give back to the next generation of students. Thank you John Huynh for inviting Aryn Spain and I out to speak!

Lindsey Schoultz reacted on thisLindsey Schoultz reacted on thisIt’s been a busy past few weeks at one of our Atlanta shops. We had a request come in from one of our GC clients wanting some temp power stations for one of their trade partners on their project. After witnessing some of our other temp power builds firsthand, they knew we could deliver. In 2.5 weeks, we procured, received, fabricated, assembled, quality control checked and delivered (11) of these 100A, 480V power stations a day earlier than requested. Great job to our prefab team and supervisors and thank you Lade Danlar for the quick turnaround on our Gear & Panel accessories we needed to pull this off!

Lindsey Schoultz liked thisLindsey Schoultz liked thisToday I concluded my summer internship with Rogers Electric, and I’m leaving this experience incredibly grateful! This summer taught me a lot, both professionally and personally, but one of my favorite parts of the experience was getting to know and learn from so many great people. I’m so thankful for everyone who took the time to teach me, encourage me, and make me feel like part of the team. This experience truly provided me with wonderful friendships that I am forever grateful for! Throughout the summer, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving marketing research, business development, CRM analysis, and strategic planning. I was able to work with different teams, take on projects that pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and gain a better understanding of how marketing supports a larger organization. I’m especially grateful to everyone who trusted me with these opportunities and helped me grow along the way. As I head into my senior year, I’m excited to take what I’ve learned with me and see what’s next! Thank you, Rogers Electric, for an incredible summer!

Lindsey Schoultz reacted on thisLindsey Schoultz reacted on thisAs my internship as a Project Manager at Rogers Electric comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on an incredible summer of growth. Over the past few months, I had the opportunity to dive into real, impactful work from tracking permits across dozens of locations spanning multiple states. I learned firsthand what it takes to keep complex projects organized and moving forward, and gained a deeper appreciation for the coordination that goes into every successful build. A huge thank you to the team at Rogers Electric including Jamal Chehimi, Avery Duncan, SHRM-CP, and Noah Fields-De Leon for trusting me with meaningful responsibilities, answering my endless questions, and showing me what it really means to manage a project from the ground up. This experience confirmed my interest in project management and gave me a strong foundation to build on as I continue my career. Grateful for the mentorship, the lessons learned, and the relationships built along the way. Looking forward to what's next!
