OVERVIEW:
The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will play a critical role in driving brand growth through innovation development, performance analysis, and integrated campaign execution. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Brand, translating business intelligence and consumer insights into actionable brand initiatives.
This role requires both analytical rigor and creative thinking with someone who can understand what the data is saying, identify opportunities to scale or pivot, and help bring new innovation to life from charter through marketing launch.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Analyze retail, CX, and social listening data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Work closely with the VP of Brand to translate insights into action plans
Present key findings and recommendations in monthly innovation ideation meetings
Identify opportunities to scale winning products, pivot underperforming items, or renovate existing SKUs
Lead project charter development with input from the VP of Brand and cross-functional stakeholders
Conduct competitive landscape reviews to inform charters and marketing execution plans
Synthesize consumer insights, competitive insights, and product details into clear, actionable innovation marketing launch plans
Lead packaging brief development and partner with the creative team to ensure alignment
Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing tactic calendar for each product launch
Support go-to market launch plans for each product launch
Develop competitive comparison charts for new product launches in partnership with the Product Development team
Support go-to-market readiness and ensure positioning consistency across channels

EXPERIENCE:
4+ years' experience in brand marketing or management
Strong understanding of the consumer journey
Exceptional verbal, written, and report presentation abilities
Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
Ability to translate into data into actionable insights
Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to use consumer research and quantitative data to build plans and sell ideas
