Job Title: Audio Lab Technician

Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time with L&T Technology Services (LTTS).

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

Daily tasks typically include:

• Lab Maintenance: Setting up and calibrating recording equipment, microphones, and audio/acoustic test setups.
• Data Collection & Processing: Gathering high-quality multimedia data, conducting audiologic experiments, and using scripts to process datasets.
• Acoustic Testing: Utilizing industry-standard measurement and test equipment, including working with anechoic chambers and configurable acoustic rooms.
• Collaboration: Working alongside researchers and audio software engineers on prototype hardware and foundational audio models.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years working with audio testing, psychoacoustics, or hearing products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for audio test automation and signal processing.

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or a relevant technical discipline.
