We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Private Equity domain to support our client’s investment management and fund operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with investment lifecycle processes, portfolio analytics, fund accounting, and financial data systems.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Private Equity operations, reporting, and systems. Collaborate with investment, finance, and technology teams to define business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Support the design and implementation of Private Equity management systems or tools (e.g., fund accounting, deal tracking, investor reporting). Perform data analysis, create process flow diagrams, and prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Participate in UAT, validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and process optimization. Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry. Private Equity / Investment Management domain expertise is mandatory. Strong understanding of fund structures, capital calls, NAV, and investor reporting. Experience with tools such as eFront, Investran, or similar Private Equity platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
