Your Opportunity to Lead Transformation & Inspire Growth
This unique role combines the strategic leadership of a Chief Technology Officer with the high-touch impact of an Executive Coach. As CTO & Executive Coach, you will drive the company’s technology vision and strategy while developing executive leadership capability across the organization. You will work directly with C-suite executives, technology teams, and key stakeholders to deliver both technological innovation and world-class leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Executive Coaching: Provide tailored coaching to senior leaders and high-potential talent, fostering growth, resilience, and organizational agility.
- Digital Transformation: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, integrating emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) for business impact.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing technology teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with executive leadership, clients, and partners to drive alignment and achieve transformational goals.
- Risk & Compliance: Oversee technology risk management, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to optimize technology operations and leadership development outcomes.
Who Should Apply?
We are seeking visionary technology executives who are passionate about both innovation and people development. Ideal candidates will have:
- Technology Leadership: 10+ years of experience in senior technology roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, etc.) with a proven record of driving technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Executive Coaching Expertise: Certification or substantial experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational consulting.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- People-Centric Leadership: Strong track record of developing talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering inclusive cultures.
- Change Management: Experience leading organizations through large-scale transformation and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent Communication: Superior presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
