Respond to provider claim inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments for resolution
Perform claim adjustments
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Support special projects and investigations
Requirements:
Knowledge of claims processing and benefits
Experience with IMAX/TXEN preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
