Job Details
As a commercial real estate tenant/owner rep broker/salesperson you will be required to help tenants and landlords find new property, space locations, sublease excess space, and negotiate leases and sales.
Also, it is a great opportunity to work from home full or part-time.
Some experience is a big plus, but we can train.
Requirements
Experience with lease or sales is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to negotiate.
Ambitious and hardworking individuals.
New York State Real Estate License.
Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, PDF.
