Installation and commissioning of new client hard-/software (for company-owned notebooks, smartphones, tablets and location printers)
Troubleshooting, diagnosis and fault clearance for hardware and software problems
Administration of user accounts and authorizations
Support with updates of device drivers, firmware versions, etc.
User management via IDM (Identity Management)
Operational AP for network requests or problems at the Istanbul location
Ordering and managing hardware for the Istanbul location
Documenting support cases and their solutions
Direct and close cooperation with Group IT, IT & A and other departments on topics where we cannot always provide direct support but can efficiently contribute
