Now Hiring for a Client: Customer Experience Manager (Contractor – Food & Beverage | On-Site)


We’re hiring on behalf of one of our food & beverage clients for a Customer Experience Manager (1099 Contractor). This is a hands-on, on-site role focused entirely on supporting staff and ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be present on-site to oversee daily operations and service flow
  • Support and guide staff to maintain strong customer service standards
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in real time
  • Act as the go-to point of contact between ownership and staff
  • Help create a positive, efficient, and team-oriented environment


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in food & beverage or hospitality required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, proactive, and team-focused
  • Reliable and professional
