We’re hiring on behalf of one of our food & beverage clients for a Customer Experience Manager (1099 Contractor). This is a hands-on, on-site role focused entirely on supporting staff and ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
Be present on-site to oversee daily operations and service flow
Support and guide staff to maintain strong customer service standards
Address and resolve customer concerns in real time
Act as the go-to point of contact between ownership and staff
Help create a positive, efficient, and team-oriented environment

Experience in food & beverage or hospitality required
