LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in business for more than 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

The Position:

Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of the Agency’s information technology systems and infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field required (master’s preferred), plus 8+ years of progressively responsible experience, supporting multi-site operations. Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft 365, Azure, or GCP), virtualization, networking, storage, and disaster recovery required.

Experience with IT infrastructure across multiple locations, including networking, VPNs, and remote access solutions. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and incident response. Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and service providers. Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, and state-specific requirements where applicable).

This role requires a confident leader who can inspire collaboration, guide cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, education, or human services environment, is a plus.

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Ocean, NJ.
