PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring professional experience working safely on ladders and roofs.
Working at height is a major part of nearly every installation—not something you will do occasionally. You should apply only if you have worked at heights regularly in roofing, gutters, siding, exterior construction, window cleaning, solar, low-voltage installation or a similar trade.
Being comfortable with heights is not enough. We need someone who can remain calm, productive and safety-focused while working at height throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
Install permanent roofline lighting systems
Install low-voltage landscape lighting
Install commercial outdoor lighting
Run and secure low-voltage wiring
Mount transformers, controllers and lighting components
Measure, cut, fit and assemble materials accurately
Work safely from ladders, roofs and aerial lifts
Load equipment and prepare job sites
Maintain clean, organized and professional work areas
Communicate professionally with customers
Troubleshoot field issues and improve installation processes

You must be able to:
Climb extension ladders repeatedly throughout the day
Work safely on one- and two-story buildings

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Carry ladders, materials and equipment
Bend, kneel, squat, reach and climb throughout the day
Work outdoors in Middle Tennessee heat and humidity
Maintain safe work habits after several hours of physical work
This is skilled-trades work—not a retail, warehouse or light-duty position.
