Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with key retailers such as Costco, Best Buy, and specialty retailers such as local sports channels, ensuring the company’s sales strategies are effectively carried out in these channels.

2. Create and execute sales plans tailored to local markets to meet targets and grow the brand’s profitability in North/South America.

3. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves, adjusting sales tactics to stay ahead in the market.

4. Work with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to meet retailer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Analyze sales reports, share market feedback, and help improve product and marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience working with retailers; a track record of successfully expanding store partnerships and boosting sales is preferred.

2. Strong understanding of the North/South American market, especially e-scooters, with sharp sales instincts and market awareness.

3. Established connections with North/South American retailers; ability to quickly introduce the company’s products and manage sales, delivery, and customer relationships in the region.

4. Strong communicator who can build lasting relationships with buyers and decision-makers.

5. Comfortable using sales data to spot trends and adjust strategies. 6. Able to collaborate across departments to hit sales
