Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager (Remote). The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and new key accounts, developing business plans, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating strategies to meet client needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Key Account Management and experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience selling Premium Food and/ or Beverage brands
- Strong analytical and business planning skills to identify market opportunities and develop strategies
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with demonstrated success in understanding and fulfilling client needs
- Experience in the foodservice industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting team goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
