We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner Senior Director to support a growing commercial organization during an exciting period of expansion and innovation. The senior HR leader will drive talent strategies that enable business success, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational agility in a fast-paced environment.
Professional experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Commercial or customer‑facing organizations within biotech or pharmaceutical environments; experience supporting U.S. launches of new medicines strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across multiple functions, driving sound decisions and outcomes in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Experience leading or contributing to organizational effectiveness, culture, change management, and management development initiatives.
- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and career development strategies that support business growth and leadership readiness.
- Proven ability to develop and implement global or enterprise‑level HR strategies with broad organizational impact.
- Strong experience designing and executing strategic workforce plans, including capability planning and long‑term talent strategies within pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, or commercial settings.

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution through disciplined project management.
- Agile, quick‑thinking, and forward‑looking; able to synthesize complex, rapidly changing information and make sound decisions.
