Lumira are exclusively partnering with a high-growth digital mental health company in the U.S. to appoint a Senior Director of Sales.
Working closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Clinical leadership, this role will define and scale the company’s commercial strategy during a period of rapid expansion.
This is a key leadership hire focused on building a high-performing sales function that drives revenue, expands market share, and accelerates adoption of a technology-enabled care model.
Role Overview:
Own and execute the end-to-end sales strategy across B2B and enterprise channels. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive growth, optimise the sales funnel, and build long-term client relationships.
What you will do:
Define and lead the sales strategy aligned to revenue goals
Build and scale a high-performing sales team
Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery
Lead enterprise sales across employers, payers, and partners
Partner with Marketing and Growth to improve lead generation and conversion
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles in a regulated environment
Use data to optimise performance and sales efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Clinical teams
Feed customer insights into product and growth strategy
What we are looking for:
Senior sales leadership experience in digital health
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and scaling teams
Experience selling into enterprise healthcare (employers, payers, etc.)
Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and commercially minded
Collaborative, cross-functional leadership style
Passion for improving access to mental health care
