Senior Sales Manager

Seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead wholesale and distribution sales. This role focuses on expanding dealer networks, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute wholesale/channel sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
• Identify, onboard, and manage high-end audio dealers, distributors, and retail partners
• Build long-term relationships with premium audio showrooms and audiophile communities
• Drive sales performance across assigned regions and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing to support product launches, trade shows, and demo events
• Provide product training and support to partners, ensuring strong brand representation
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights in the high-end audio industry
• Forecast sales and manage the pipeline, reporting directly to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in high-end sales
• Proven track record in the wholesale and/or distributor industry
• Strong network within the electronics industry preferred
• Deep understanding of high-end customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel (domestic & international) as needed
• Background working with premium or niche technical products
