In this role, you will focus on designing for AI-empowered experiences and working on complex, technical problems.

From pre-computed summaries for email threads, summaries for meetings, and videos created from a document using lifelike AI avatars, our AI opportunity is huge. You will work with model builders (DeepMind), work with exceptional leaders, and have the ability to impact billions of users across the world.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Holidays: 13 paid days per year.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience in prototyping at various fidelity levels using Figma, Antigravity, or code.
- Experience working with spreadsheet tools.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience partnering with User Experience Research (UXR) to inform research studies and integrate insights into products.
- Experience using product design, concept development, and storytelling to influence product strategy and decision making.
