Senior Videographer

LHH is currently recruiting for a Videographer for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Frisco, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience creating high-quality video content from concept through final edit. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on storyteller who is highly skilled in filming, editing, and producing engaging content for digital and social channels, with a strong focus on paid and organic social ad content. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Frisco area.

Responsibilities:

• Film, edit, and produce compelling video content for social media, digital advertising, brand campaigns, and internal marketing needs.
• Create short-form, performance-driven video content optimized for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
• Partner with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans.
• Capture high-quality footage onsite, including product, lifestyle, interview, brand, event, and promotional content.
• Manage the full production process, including lighting, audio, camera setup, filming, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery.
• Edit video content into polished, engaging assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Adapt video content into multiple formats, lengths, and aspect ratios for different social platforms and advertising placements.
• Stay current on social video trends, platform best practices, ad creative performance, and emerging production techniques.
• Organize and manage video files, raw footage, project assets, and final deliverables.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of professional videography, video production, or content creation experience.
• Strong portfolio or reel showcasing filming, editing, and social-first video content.
• Proven experience creating high-performing social ad content, including short-form videos designed to capture attention quickly.
• Advanced proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience producing video content for paid social, organic social, digital campaigns, and brand marketing initiatives.
• Ability to take creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas and recommendations to the team.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Frisco, TX and collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Photography, motion graphics, or basic animation experience is a plus.
