Their top-tier internal marketing team operates like an in-house agency… being highly visible, hands-on, and deeply connected to leadership executives. We're searching for a Social Media Manager to help balance creativity with execution. This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys being close to the content work - developing content, engaging with community, and contributing to campaigns that support overall brand growth. What You’ll Do:


Execute Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Manage daily social media activity across multiple brands, markets, or locations.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support rollouts of creative digital campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice while adapting content for various target audiences.



Content Creation & Community Engagement

  • Develop engaging visual and written content in various mediums.
  • Write captions and messaging copy that reflects brand tone and drives engagement and interactions.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and up-and-coming content formats.



Support Campaigns & Collaborative Partnerships

  • Assist with partnerships, collaborations, and localized activations.
  • Support promotions, launches, and brand initiatives across social channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across various efforts.



Track Performance & Optimize As Needed

  • Monitor engagement, growth, and performance metrics across platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve future content and digital campaigns.
  • Contribute to conversations revolving around reporting and performance cross-functionally.



What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience creating photo and video content, especially short-form formats.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
