We are looking for:

Position: Testing Coordinator / Testing Lead

Location: New Jersey | Domain: Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the overall test strategy, planning, and execution across all phases (SIT, UAT, regression, performance).
• Lead and coordinate testing teams, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee manual and automated testing, ensuring early defect identification and resolution.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and collaboration with development and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and data security policies.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and track key quality metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for testing updates, stakeholder communication, and release readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and automation practices.
• Support CI/CD integration and promote automation to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Oversee post-launch testing, enhancements, and ongoing system stability.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in QA/Test Management within the Pharma domain.
• Expertise in test strategy, defect management, and test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern QA tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in Pharma (e.g., GxP).
