About the Role
As MSH continues to grow its technology practice, we’re seeking a Vice President of Technology Sales to lead revenue strategy, scale enterprise relationships, and build a best-in-class sales organization. The VP of Technology Sales will own the overall technology sales strategy and revenue performance for MSH. This leader will be responsible for developing new enterprise relationships, expanding existing accounts, and building scalable sales processes that support long-term growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a leader who can operate at the executive level while still jumping into high-impact deals, shaping client strategy, and coaching teams.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the technology sales revenue across MSH
Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy for technical staffing and talent solutions
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing tech sales team
Personally engage in closing complex, enterprise-level deals
Strengthen and expand relationships with C-suite and senior technology leaders
Partner closely with Delivery, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution
Identify new market opportunities, service offerings, and vertical expansion
Establish sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management best practices
Influence pricing strategy, deal structure, and contract negotiations
Act as a strategic voice in leadership discussions around growth, hiring, and investment
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in technology sales, staffing, or professional services
Proven success selling into enterprise-level organizations
Experience leading and scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of technical roles, IT environments, and talent solutions
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Ability to operate credibly with executive stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a builder mindset
Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly accountable
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in staffing, RPO, or workforce solutions
Background selling into large, complex, multi-business-unit organizations
Experience launching or scaling a tech-focused practice within a services firm
