We’re hiring a Video Producer / Content Creator! Come join the Flamingo Estate team! We’re looking for a creative swiss-army-knife who loves to create beautiful video content. This role will be responsible for all aspects of video content from shooting and lighting all the way through to editing and final delivery.

Location: Los Angeles (Highland Park), California (In Office)

Role Summary:

As Video Producer / Content Creator, you will own the full production process of our in house video content, shooting, lighting, editing, and delivering content to our marketing and creative teams. A key part of the role will be shooting weekly videos with chefs for our CSA program, along with content for social, paid ads, product launches, and other brand initiatives. This role is in person and will be required to be in office at our headquarters in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit weekly video content, which may include content with Chef Partners as well as other social and brand video content.
• Create video content for social, advertising, product, and brand campaigns.
• Own projects from ideation and production through final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, CSA, and teams.
• Adapt content into different formats and lengths as needed.
• Organize footage, project files, and final assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong camera, lighting, and editing skills.
• High Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve, or other video editing software. 
• A great eye for visuals and a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
• Experience creating polished short-form content with a quick turnaround. 
• Comfortable taking direction and incorporating feedback.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to work independently or with a team.
• A car and a drivers license are required for this position.
• Having your own video camera and other production equipment is a must. 
• Strong experience with food, lifestyle, product, or advertising content.
