Great presenters know it's all about the delivery and developing stage presence. At the same time you have to be authentic and stay true to yourself. A great example of that is Simon Sinek, a presenter whose TED Talks have 22 million views, but by his own admission he is an introvert who at a party you'll find him hidden in a corner. But what he says is that when you come to the party as a presenter, you need to give and not take. Let's focus on your voice. We like low-pitched voices. For some reason, it just seems more credible. Think of your voice like honey. Next, pace. If your pace is slow, it exudes confidence and adds a little bit of drama. But when you talk really fast, well that means that you're either very passionate and excited about what you're telling people or you're very nervous. So make sure your pace fits your words. Tone.
