We're hiring SVP-Advertising Sales Job Description - Develop and execute high-level strategic plans to achieve ambitious multi-platform sales targets, including for print and digital media and  special projects. - Expand our customer base across both print and digital platforms by identifying and launching new revenue streams (Monetization) and  audience extension strategies. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting key client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor on data-driven advertising solutions. - Establish and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives, ensuring the team's focus on KPIs and measurable client ROI. - Drive the adoption of data analytics to inform pricing, audience targeting, and campaign performance. - Effectively communicate the value proposition of integrated media solutions through compelling proposals and executive presentations. - Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team. - Lead the evaluation and adoption of Sales Technology (Salestech) and CRM systems to optimize sales efficiency and forecasting accuracy. - Effectively communicate sales strategies, policies, and market insights to the Board of Directors and Executive Management.  Others as assigned. Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in media sales, with 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role overseeing multi-  platform (print and digital) sales teams. - Exceptional track record in closing high-value deals, managing relationships with top-tier agencies/enterprise clients, and superior  leadership skills to inspire and mentor large sales organizations. - In-depth knowledge of advanced sales techniques, best practices, and market trends. - Proven ability to leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making, pricing models, audience segmentation, and demonstrating  campaign ROI. - Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate high-level   strategies to the Board of Directors and Executive Management. - Strong Change Management skills to successfully pivot teams toward a digital-first and consultative selling model.
