⚡️ It’s hard to believe it’s been 9 months since I took on the role of US Area Director at Marshall Cavendish Education. It’s been a wild ride — full of learning, growth, and plenty of moments outside my comfort zone. The learning curve has been steep — and exactly what I needed. The quote “Growth and comfort do not coexist” really hits home. One of the best parts of this journey has been working with such a diverse, global team. Juggling time zones, cultures, and perspectives has pushed me in the best ways — helping me grow not just as a professional, but as a person. My communication, empathy, and resilience have all been stretched (and strengthened!). I feel really lucky to be surrounded by colleagues who are generous with their knowledge, collaborative, and super supportive as I continue to find my footing.
