🚨 PARENTS: Don't just tell your kids to learn #AI. Sit down and learn it with them. HERE'S HOW... 👇 (cool story!) 👇🥹 Friday night was ‘guys night’ after I was in Florida all week for work. We cooked dinner together and then my son Solomon and I opened a MacBook at the kitchen table. He was skeptical that we could build anything useful with AI. The kids today hate AI slop. We joked about things but then.. The joke became the product. 🤘 Ninety minutes later, we had launched IMSMART.ONG, an AI-powered study app. It stands for "I'm Smart - On God!" His classmates were already using it. Full flash cards, study guides, file upload and analysis, 20+ LLM’s he could use… all built on dad’s work platform (they call it Cloudflare) in minutes. 🔥 Solomon decided what the product should do and tested every feature. I worked the prompts and helped turn his ideas into code. At one point, he looked at me and said: "AI is an unfair advantage." 💯 WE WERE BUILDING AND SHIPPING CODE! The first version cost us $12.24, excluding the domain. We even did more updates last night! But the best thing we built wasn't the open source software…. (Yeah, we released it on Gitlab under the MIT license) It was confidence. Curiosity. Time together. And the realization that a good idea doesn't have to stay an idea. 💡 Parents, ask your child what they would build if technology were no longer the barrier.
