𝗧𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 — 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀. DTDC has launched its Bharat One Hub at Rathiwas, Haryana, to strengthen freight movement across North India and reduce dependence on Delhi-NCR for consolidation. The numbers caught my attention: 🏭 1.5 lakh sq. ft. facility 📦 2,500 tonnes/day peak processing capacity ⏱️ Up to 4 hours faster shipment movement 🚚 Up to 1 day earlier TAT for co-loaded shipments But the bigger story is network design. Earlier, freight from several North Indian markets would often move through Delhi-NCR for offloading and consolidation. The new hub brings processing and consolidation closer to key North India corridors — reducing unnecessary movement and improving downstream flow. 𝗠𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 In logistics, adding capacity is relatively easy. Adding the right capacity at the right location is the real competitive advantage. The future may not be about building bigger hubs. It may be about building smarter networks with fewer kilometres, fewer handoffs and faster transit. ❓𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 When redesigning a logistics network, what matters most? 📍 Location of hubs ⏱️ Transit time 🔄 Number of handoffs 💰 Cost per shipment I'd love to hear your perspective. #SupplyChainPerspective #DTDC #Logistics #SupplyChain #NetworkDesign #Transportation #ExpressLogistics #Operations #IndiaLogistics

❓𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀? Over the last few years, India's manufacturing story has focused on big announcements: ✔️ PLI schemes ✔️ Semiconductor investments ✔️ Electronics manufacturing ✔️ Industrial corridors ✔️ Export growth And the momentum continues. The government is now evaluating PLI 2.0 with a sharper focus on high-performing sectors while continuing efforts to deepen domestic manufacturing capabilities. But here's a question that doesn't get discussed enough: 👉 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁? Many people see manufacturing as the final factory. The reality is different. Behind every successful factory is an ecosystem of suppliers, fabricators, service providers, logistics partners, and technical support companies. A large manufacturing plant may create headlines. But hundreds of smaller businesses often make that plant possible. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 As India pushes for deeper localization and stronger domestic value addition, the focus is gradually shifting from simple assembly to building stronger supply chains and manufacturing ecosystems. The manufacturers that succeed tomorrow may not simply be the ones with the biggest facilities. They may be the ones surrounded by the strongest supplier networks. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀 Across industries, customers are increasingly looking for partners that can support long-term operations, not just deliver equipment. That includes: ✅ Right-sized DG solutions (5–625 kVA) ✅ CPCB IV+ compliant gensets ✅ Rental solutions for temporary requirements ✅ AMC & 24×7 support ✅ Fast response and service availability Because reliability is rarely built by one company alone. It's built by an ecosystem. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 India's manufacturing future won't be defined only by the factories that get built. It will also be defined by the network of businesses that support them every day. And in many cases, those support businesses become the real foundation of industrial growth. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆? 🔹 More factories 🔹 Stronger supplier ecosystems 👇 Share your perspective. . . . #ManufacturingIndia #MakeInIndia #IndustrialGrowth #SupplierEcosystem #FabricationIndustry #EngineeringIndia #IndustrialLeadership #ManufacturingExcellence #BusinessStrategy #IndustrialDevelopment #ShardaDiesels #mahindra #powerol #ranchi #patna #raipur #jharkhand #bihar #Chhattisgarh #ShardaDieselspvtltd www.shardadiesels.in
