One Empty Desk. One Big Question. Imagine walking through a busy public space and seeing just one school desk. A small sign on it reads: "Reserved for the Entrepreneur of 2045." People pause. Some smile. Some wonder. Some look at the child standing beside them. That moment is exactly why we created this campaign. The entrepreneurs who will shape 2045 are sitting in classrooms today. They don't all have perfect grades. They won't all follow the same path. But many share one habit: They ask questions. "Why is it done this way?" "Why can't it be better?" "What problem can I solve?" These are not just questions. They are the starting point of innovation. As parents, educators, and leaders, we often focus on teaching children the right answers. Perhaps it's equally important to create environments where they feel confident asking better questions. At YoungRisers by GrowSnaps, our mission isn't simply to teach entrepreneurship. It's to help young minds develop the confidence to observe, question, create, and solve. Because the future won't be built by those who memorised the most. It will be built by those who imagined what didn't exist yet. If there were one desk reserved for the entrepreneur of 2045... Would your child believe they belong in it? #YoungRisers #GrowSnaps #EntrepreneurshipEducation #Innovation #FutureSkills #Education #Leadership #StartupEcosystem #Parents #Schools #DesignThinking #ProblemSolving #FutureOfEducation #InnovationBeginsWithAMindset

I left school at 16 with a handful of GCSEs, hardly any qualifications and no idea what I wanted to do with my life. Well… almost. There was one thing I did know. I wanted to be my own boss. It took me another 10 years to start my first business because I had all the ideas, but no idea where to start. Over the next 20 years, I built multiple businesses, but something always stayed with me. As I became a mum, I watched my own children struggle to fit into an education system that simply wasn’t built for them, yet thrive when they were helping me build businesses. And if I’m honest, I saw myself in them. I hated school. Most of my friends wanted college and university. I never once considered that path. I wanted to get out into the world and find my own. Fast forward to today, living in Egypt, and I’ve found myself surrounded by entrepreneurs from all over the world. The entrepreneurial energy here is incredible. Yet so many parents are having the same conversation. ‘My child just doesn’t fit the system.’ That’s exactly why I created the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. Originally for 8-14 year-olds, our beta programme quickly showed us the biggest transformation was happening with 14-24 year olds. Young people who didn’t know what they wanted to do, but knew they wanted more than ‘the norm’. In just a few weeks, we’ve seen young founders explore businesses in fitness coaching, nutrition education, botanical lifestyle consulting, boho event décor and even launch a lingerie brand from scratch for women in Egypt! The biggest transformation isn’t the business. It’s watching someone realise ‘Maybe I can actually do this.’ We don’t stand at the front of a classroom teaching entrepreneurship. We mentor young people as they build a real business. They learn marketing by marketing. Sales by selling. Problem solving by solving real problems. And, Most importantly, they build belief in themselves. Imagine if more young people had access to that. If you’re a school, college, alternative education provider, youth organisation or foundation looking for a different way to engage 14-24 year-olds, I’d love to connect. Because I don’t believe every young person is meant to fit the same mould. Sometimes they just need the opportunity to build their own path.

5 Things Every Entrepreneur Should Know Before Opening a Preschool Many people see a preschool as a business opportunity. Successful entrepreneurs see it as a long-term responsibility. The preschool industry in India is growing rapidly, but opening a school involves much more than finding a building and decorating classrooms. Before taking the first step, here are five things every entrepreneur should understand. 1️⃣ Parents Choose Trust Not Just Infrastructure A beautiful campus may attract attention, but trust is what drives admissions. Parents want a safe, nurturing environment where their child feels happy and supported. 2️⃣ Your Team Defines Your Reputation A preschool is only as strong as its teachers. Investing in teacher training and maintaining consistent quality has a lasting impact on a school's success. 3️⃣ Systems Matter More Than Investment From admissions and curriculum to daily operations and parent communication, well-defined systems create consistency and help your preschool grow sustainably. 4️⃣ Location Helps, But It Isn't Everything A good location is important, but it doesn't guarantee success. Understanding local demand, building relationships with parents, and offering quality education are equally essential. 5️⃣ Think Long-Term, Not Just About Admissions The goal isn't simply to fill classrooms. It's to create an environment where children enjoy learning and parents confidently recommend your preschool to others. The preschool business is about more than opening a school—it's about shaping the first learning experiences of hundreds of young children. For entrepreneurs who approach it with patience, planning, and a commitment to quality, it can become both a meaningful and sustainable venture. What do you think is the biggest challenge when starting a preschool today? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. #Preschool #PreschoolFranchise #BestPreschoolFranchiseInIndia #Entrepreneurship #EducationBusiness #EarlyChildhoodEducation #BusinessGrowth #SchoolFranchise #Leadership #FosterKids

It is fascinating to see how a simple observation can spark a mission-driven organization. When faced with a sudden lack of STEM programming during a child's transition to middle school, these founders didn't just walk away; they spotted a critical gap in education and chose to fill it. The story behind the EDGE Foundation highlights a few key principles for building impactful ventures: * Identify pain points in the market. * Prioritize continuity over one-off solutions. * Turn personal frustration into community value. It is a powerful reminder that often, the best business opportunities are hidden in the frustrations of our daily lives. Have you ever turned a personal challenge into a solution that helped others? #STEMEducation #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #Innovation #SocialImpact #EducationReform
