Yesterday, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins issued a powerful joint memo implementing a new agreement to improve service member transition from military to civilian life. The message was clear: we all have a role to play in upholding America's promise to our warriors. I'm proud to recognize one organization already stepping up to ensure vets have a seamless transition--the non-profit Onward Ops, a ready-now solution already supporting service members at one of life’s most critical crossroads. By leveraging world-class technology, tailored mentorship, and caring networks, Onward Ops is helping veterans and their families access healthcare and education, match with employers, and build their sense of community. At Google Public Sector, I’m privileged to lead our support to Onward Ops and the communities it serves.
