A deeply disturbing incident. One question that also needs attention is how a 16-year-old ended up travelling alone and boarding a bus after being misled. But ultimately, the responsibility lies entirely with the adults who exploited and assaulted her, not the child. We need stronger safeguards, proper verification by transport operators, and greater awareness around children travelling alone. A 16-year-old should never have to bear the consequences of adults’ criminal actions.
Castration is the only deterent needed. Physical castration; not chemical.
