#Detroit's riverfront is getting a major convention-driven luxury anchor: https://lnkd.in/giNBRK35 The The JW Marriott Detroit Water Square is emerging as a 25-story, 601-key hotel designed to elevate the city’s position for large-scale meetings and events. Located on the former Joe Louis Arena site, the project will connect directly to Huntington Place via a skybridge, creating a seamless convention ecosystem. The hotel will include 44 suites and more than 53,000 square feet of meeting and event space, with water-facing ballrooms and floor-to-ceiling views of the Detroit River. Additional programming spans multiple dining concepts, a full-service spa, and wellness amenities, reinforcing a full-service luxury positioning.
