This Corn Puri Chaat is a scrumptious way to upgrade your regular chaat. It's my take on Masala Puri loaded with sweet corn & veggies 😍 Wholesome, flavourful & a great snack option! Try it out & tag @saltinall when you do💫  Method:  • Take oil in a pan, add chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies & sauté for 1-2 mins  • Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder & cook for another 3 mins  • Lastly, add the corn and cook for 4-5 mins. Keep aside & let the mix cool down  • Take puris, crack them up, stuff them with the corn filling.   • Top them up with some chaat masala, dal moth, coriander & dig in!
