Office Space

The Poynter Institute has nearly 6,000 square feet of office space for lease, including 13 private offices on the second floor. This contiguous office space features a conference room and a center common area.

Offices are appointed with beautiful mahogany wood trim and large windows, creating an open feel and light environment. The common space can be used as a reception area or lobby, or it can accommodate rows of cubicles.

Employees and visitors will appreciate the downstairs receptionist, free parking, dedicated elevator access, a kitchen and private restrooms.

The Poynter Institute is located in the Innovation District just south of downtown St. Petersburg across from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and Bayboro Harbor.
