We often hear that the only way out is through, but going through our emotional suffering and symptoms to make it out — to have healing and wellness — can feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in. I will provide an accepting environment for you to unpack your layers and understand your experience. I will help you find your inner resources to navigate difficult situations. I provide a safe container for learning to identify and experience emotions in a nurturing way. My hope is that you come to know yourself better while you develop agency and confidence in your ability to cope with life stressors.

My practice was created to be a safe haven for Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) navigating their identities in today's world. Ever since discovering my own neurodivergence as an adult, I've become passionate about understanding autistic ways of being and have since made a career out of counseling, advocacy, and research to support my community. With the diversity of the autistic community, I also work with the many overlapping identities (e.g., LGBTQIA+, ENM, and kink) and co-occurring conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, and trauma) that are salient for those on the spectrum.

Welcome! As a board-certified psychotherapist, I am here to be a support. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're here. If you've been feeling stuck, anxious, or just not like yourself lately, I want you to know you don't have to navigate that alone. I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults using an authentic, curious, and compassionate approach. Your first session is essentially a "get to know you" conversation. We will focus on what is bringing you to therapy in this moment and discuss your goals.

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? Maybe you understand intellectually why you feel the way you do, but knowing the answers hasn’t necessarily made it easier to feel differently.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where we can slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My approach is holistic and considers the whole person—including your emotions, body, relationships, experiences, and the context of your life. Together, we’ll work toward understanding not just what you’re feeling, but why, and how to feel more grounded.

My ideal client would be someone who desperately wants change and is ready to be curious, engaged, and deliberate with their growth. You would be open to creative and alternative approaches, and perhaps you've had many other 'failed' attempts at therapy.
I enjoy complex cases, people trying to navigate difficult relationships, and being able to validate the struggles that you've been through. If you want to learn more about your mind, body, brain, past, and psyche and turn that knowledge into actionable steps toward wellness, we'll be a great fit!

I currently have immediate openings for ADULT ADHD and ASD testing. This process involves an online diagnostic visit, an in-person day of testing at our North Campus location, and an online feedback session. We accept most major insurances, though be prepared that the process is often between $600 to $1500 AFTER the discount from your insurance. If you are interested, please fill out the form on our website to get started. At this time, I am not accepting new clients for regular therapy. We are currently developing the systems to be able to test younger clients, but currently do not have the tests or infrastructure.
