Labor Day weekend gives Boston an extra day to make the most of summer before the season starts shifting gears. With major concerts, annual traditions, and plenty happening across Greater Boston, the long weekend is shaping up to be a busy one.
This weekend, Bruno Mars brings The Romantic Tour to Gillette Stadium for two massive nights, joined by Anderson .Paak as DJ Pee .Wee and RAYE. King Richard’s Faire kicks off its 45th season in Carver with jousting, costumed performers, live shows, and a sprawling medieval marketplace, with the gates staying open for a special Labor Day Monday. Then, Boston’s Labor Day Parade takes over Copley Square on Monday with marching bands, performers, live music, food trucks, and a celebration of the city’s labor movement.
